data-end=\"478\">Shyira Commercial Building Project<\/strong> commenced on <strong data-start=\"492\" data-end=\"508\">1 April 2024<\/strong> under the <strong data-start=\"519\" data-end=\"568\">supervision of EB Consultant and Construction<\/strong>. The project was <strong data-start=\"586\" data-end=\"631\">commissioned by Shyira Diocese (NOVA Ltd)<\/strong>, with <strong data-start=\"638\" data-end=\"651\">CAGED Ltd<\/strong> engaged as the <strong data-start=\"667\" data-end=\"692\">labor-only contractor<\/strong>. <strong data-start=\"694\" data-end=\"716\">Eng. Intare Johnny<\/strong> serves as the <strong data-start=\"731\" data-end=\"753\">Project Supervisor<\/strong> representing EB Consultant and Construction.<\/p><p data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"1151\">It is important to note that <strong data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"917\">EB Consultant and Construction\u2019s scope was limited strictly to project supervision<\/strong>, which included oversight of construction activities, quality control, progress monitoring, and coordination among the project stakeholders. The firm was <strong data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1148\">not responsible for the design or direct execution of construction works<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1492\">The project\u2019s implementation period was planned for <strong data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1221\">three months<\/strong>, focusing on <strong data-start=\"1235\" data-end=\"1287\">structural works, wall construction, and roofing<\/strong> as stipulated in the client\u2019s contract. The development comprises <strong data-start=\"1354\" data-end=\"1382\">62 commercial shop units<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1403\">6 office spaces<\/strong>, a <strong data-start=\"1407\" data-end=\"1428\">multipurpose hall<\/strong>, a <strong data-start=\"1432\" data-end=\"1455\">rooftop coffee shop<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"1461\" data-end=\"1489\">designated parking areas<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"1494\" data-end=\"1878\">The <strong data-start=\"1498\" data-end=\"1513\">site layout<\/strong> promotes accessibility and efficient circulation, featuring <strong data-start=\"1574\" data-end=\"1593\">four staircases<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1614\">one elevator<\/strong> to ensure inclusivity for persons with disabilities. The design provides <strong data-start=\"1688\" data-end=\"1729\">main and secondary road access points<\/strong>, facilitating smooth vehicular and pedestrian flow. Landscaping and garden elements were incorporated to enhance the building\u2019s commercial appeal.<\/p><p data-start=\"1880\" data-end=\"2191\">Supervised works progressed in a structured sequence\u2014from <strong data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"1973\">bulk excavation and setting out<\/strong>, to <strong data-start=\"1978\" data-end=\"2003\">footing reinforcement<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2068\">foundation inspections and approvals by the One Stop Center<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2090\">concrete casting<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2119\">sub-column installation<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2121\" data-end=\"2146\">ground beam placement<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"2152\" data-end=\"2188\">casting of the ground floor slab<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"2193\" data-end=\"2631\">The <strong data-start=\"2197\" data-end=\"2213\">upper floors<\/strong> maintain consistent spatial organization, offering <strong data-start=\"2265\" data-end=\"2291\">open-plan shop layouts<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2293\" data-end=\"2326\">allocated sanitary facilities<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"2332\" data-end=\"2353\">circulation zones<\/strong> supported by a <strong data-start=\"2369\" data-end=\"2398\">cantilever walkway system<\/strong>. The <strong data-start=\"2404\" data-end=\"2425\">multipurpose hall<\/strong> accommodates approximately <strong data-start=\"2453\" data-end=\"2467\">200 people<\/strong> and includes a <strong data-start=\"2483\" data-end=\"2536\">kitchen, changing room, storage, and meeting room<\/strong>, while the <strong data-start=\"2548\" data-end=\"2565\">office floors<\/strong> provide flexibility for partitioning according to tenant needs.<\/p><p data-start=\"2633\" data-end=\"3010\">The <strong data-start=\"2637\" data-end=\"2660\">rooftop coffee shop<\/strong> offers a functional hospitality space with scenic views, supported by its own <strong data-start=\"2739\" data-end=\"2767\">kitchen and storage area<\/strong>. Documentation and progress photographs highlight the <strong data-start=\"2822\" data-end=\"2867\">quality assurance and compliance measures<\/strong> implemented throughout supervision, reflecting the <strong data-start=\"2919\" data-end=\"2982\">high standards maintained by EB Consultant and Construction<\/strong> during project oversight.<\/p><p data-start=\"788\" data-end=\"1475\">The site plan features a clear and accessible layout, including four staircases for vertical circulation and one elevator to ensure inclusive vertical access for persons with disabilities. The design integrates both main and secondary road access points, allowing smooth traffic flow and parking movement. Landscape and garden planning have also been incorporated to maintain an inviting commercial environment. Construction works progressed methodically from bulk excavation and setting out, to footing reinforcement, foundation inspections and approvals from One Stop Center, concrete casting, sub-column installation, ground beam placement, and the casting of the ground floor slab.<\/p><p data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"2221\">The upper floors follow the same spatial logic, offering open-plan shop layouts, allocated toilets, and circulation zones supported by a cantilever walkway system around the building. The multipurpose hall accommodates up to 200 people and includes a kitchen, changing room, storage, and a meeting room, while the office floors are designed to allow flexible partitioning as required. The rooftop coffee shop provides a functional hospitality space with scenic views, supported by its own kitchen and store.
